Rose Hips
Help with my unsuspected harvest of rose hips?
I just to moved into the woods and have loads of wild rose bushes. I’ve missed the flowering but see the hips coming alive. My understanding is that they become fully ripe after the first frost. To that end, I have just ordered a water bath canner. I am eager to find interesting and varied rose hip recipes. Thank you in advance.
